How do I load a proposal from my proposal library?

Here you will learn how to add a whole proposal from your proposal library at once.

Learn how you can add one page or several proposal pages from your library:

• How do I load one page from a library proposal into my current proposal?

1. Open your project's 'Proposal' tab

2. Click '-> Load Proposal/Page'

3. In the window that appears, select the drive where the proposal is stored from the 'Current Drive' dropdown

4. Choose the proposal you wish to add from your library

Hovering over a proposal or a proposal page will give you a quick preview of the proposal/page respectively.

5. Select whether you wish to append or replace the currently loaded proposal

By default, 'Append' is selected. If you wish to replace the currently loaded proposal:

1. click the corresponding dropdown,
2. then select 'Replace'.

Note that if you select 'Replace', you will loose all the pages on the currently loaded proposal.

6. Click 'Load' to complete the action

Or click 'Cancel' to cancel adding the proposal from your library.

7. Done! You have added the proposal from your library and can use it in your proposal
