How do I change the direction the panels are facing?

The Base Edge is the edge of the polygon that the panels face. It is typically the lowest pane of the surface, hence the 'base edge' of the polygon. This edge is highlighted red within the polygon.

1. Open your project's 'Site' tab

2. In the 'Roof Configuration' section of the 'Roof Layout' array definition, click the hand icon in the menu to activate the 'Select' mode

3. Click on the Surface you wish to change the base edge for

All the edges of the selected Surface will be highlighted black, and the base edge will be highlighted red.

4. Double-click any edge you wish to be the base of the Surface

Double-click any of the edges highlighted black to make it the base of the Surface.

Note that if you adjust the base edge of the polygon, the panels will automatically align themselves with the new orientation of the base edge.

5. Done! The direction your panels are facing has been changed. The edge you have selected will turn red and be the base edge of the polygon.
