There are two ways of adding a consumption profile to your library:
- from within a project
- from your library of consumption profiles
Of course, you can always add (save) a consumption profile to your library from within a project, and add (load) a consumption profile from your library into a project.
How do I load a consumption profile from my library into a project?
Choose either way of adding a consumption profile:
1.1. Open your project's "Consumption" tab

1.2. Click "New" or "Edit"
"Edit" will show if there is already a Consumption Profile loaded into the project. You can click "Edit" to modify the loaded profile, and then save it to your library.
If there is no consumption profile loaded in your project, you can load a consumption profile from the library (click "Load"), or create a new one from scratch (click "New").

Note! If no project is loaded, you will only have the options "new" and "load".
1.4. Save the consumption details
Click "Save changes".

1.5. Save the Consumption profile to your library
1.5.1. Click "Save"

1.5.2. Enter a Name and Description for the Consumption Profile
E.g.: A consumption profile named as "QLD Auto Wreckers" with a description: "Auto Wreckers in Brisbane 6 days a week (ENERGEX)".

1.5.3. Select the usage type
Choose whether this consumption profile is intended for use as a residential or commercial project (click "Residential" or "Commercial" respectively).
The "Existing Consumption Profile Templates" field shows the consumption profiles that you previously created and that are currently in your library. You can click on any profile in this field in order to save the profile you just edited as a previously created one (i.e., add the edited profile to the library instead of the previously created one).

1.5.4. Click "Save"

2.2. From the Consumption Profile tab, click "New Consumption Profile"

2.3. Enter a Name and Description for the Consumption Profile

2.4. Identify whether the consumption profile is for a residential or commercial customer

At this stage you can already save the created profile and either edit it, or return to your library, and come back to specifying the consumption details later. You can also click "Continue" (as it is shown in Step 2.5) and save the changes in the further steps of adding a new profile.

2.5. Click "Continue"

2.6. Specify the consumption details
