PVsell Support
Get help when you need it using our embedded ticketing system – PVsell Support.
You can access PVsell Support from every page in PVsell using the Help Menu (top right corner).
Explore PVsell menus to learn more about useful options you can easily access from your dashboard, as well as from any other page in PVsell.
1. Click "Support" in the top right menu of any PVsell page
2. Click "Create Ticket"
From the "Support" tab, click "Create Ticket" to ask a question or report a problem you are having with using PVsell features.
Or click "All Tickets" to review your previous help requests.
3. Specify what help you would like to get
- Enter a short description in the "Subject" field.
- (Optional) Specify who you wish to send a copy of your ticket to (enter a name of a staff member/user/employee in PVsell or an email address of those who are to receive a copy of this message).
- Specify details of your help request.
- (Optional) Attach files (screen shots, .csv/.xls or other files concerning your ticket).
Please note that you need to specify the project name in your ticket. Ideally, if you can paste the URL of the project or state the project ID that would be brilliant.
4. After specifying all the details of your help request, click "Create Ticket"
5. Done! Now just lean back and relax. Our team will provide personalised help as soon as possible
