You can also get an on-screen walkthrough of PVsell if you like. You can click the "Select Tour" or "Tutorial" buttons anywhere you see them in PVsell to use this help channel. These tours will guide you through the current area of PVsell you are viewing.
1. Start either of these tours:
1.1. "Select Tour" on your Dashboard
You can start an on-screen tour by following the three simple steps.
1.1.1. Open your Dashboard
Click:
- the PVsell icon in the top left corner,
- or the dashboard icon in the main menu.

1.1.2. Click "Select Tour" in the top right corner
1.1.3. Select a tour you are interested in from the dropdown list
You will be offered on-screen tours covering "Overview of Your Dashboard", "Creating a New Project", and "Viewing the Output".
1.2. "Tutorial" on your Project's tabs
You can get on-screen tours through the "Bill", "Consumption", "Site", "System", and "Financials" tabs of any of your PVsell projects. Just click "Tutorial" in the corresponding tab of your project.
1.2.1. Open your project
1.2.2. Click on the tab you wish to get an on-screen walkthrough of, then click "Tutorial" within the selected tab
Note that currently we have on-screen tutorials on all the project's tabs, except for the "Battery", "Show Output", and the "Proposal" tabs. No worries! You'll be offered an alternative resource for each of these exceptions below too.
Besides, you can always find help embedded throughout the application, in the form of help balloons that you can click for more information on a particular topic. See an example here: How to get help.
Make sure you remain on the selected tab until you are ready to finish the tutorial.

PVsell has a best-in-class proposal building engine. Explore its features in the "Proposals" manual.
Within the "Proposal" tab itself, there's the "Help" button leading to that manual too. So to open the manual covering PVsell proposals, you can:
- open the project's "Proposal" tab,
- then click "Help".
2. Navigation
Navigate through the tour using the familiar buttons. Click "Next" to move to the next step and "Prev" to return to the previous 'halt'.
3. Finish the tutorial anytime you like by clicking "End tour"
