What does the Dashboard show me?

The dashboard is your starting point for diving into PVsell. Your dashboard:

• shows an overview of your recent activity,
• helps you pick up where you left off,
• and provides updates of the latest solar industry activity.

How do I access the Dashboard in PVsell?

You can quickly access your dashboard from anywhere in the programm by:

• either clicking on the PVsell logo in the top left corner,
• or clicking on the dashboard icon in the side menu.

Overview of Activity

The "Overview" pane gives you an "at a glance" view of your recent/current PVsell activities.

PVsales

The "PVSALES" section provides a summary of your Sales activity in PVsell - how many customers, projects, kW and $ you've entered into PVsell.

There's also a "+New Project" button here for you to easily access the PVsell 'New Project Wizard' and create new projects and project options for your customers. (Learn more: How do I create a new project?)

The lists of your recent customers and recent projects can be accessed from just beneath this pane and are opened by clicking the "Recent Customers" tab and the "Recent Projects" tab respectively.

Pick up where you left off

You can jump right into a recent project from the "WERE YOU LEFT OFF" section in the "Overview" pane on your dashboard.

Here you will always see informative solar industry updates to keep you ahead of the game.

Hot Spots

PVsell now includes (free with all subscriptions) brilliant market intelligence from SunWiz that can help you target the best places to sell solar, use social evidence to help you convert sales, and compare your success to the broader market. Known as Solar Hot Spots, you’ll find this interactive market intelligence tool embedded within PVsell.

Business Contacter

Having installed a commercial PV system, you can capitalise on that experience by selling to similar businesses nearby.

This Australian business database will help you find similar businesses nearby to the company you've just installed for. Open the "Business Contacter" tab and sign in using the login details provided there to explore the powerful database.

On-screen Tour

You can even get an on-screen tour by:

1. clicking "Select Tour" in the top right corner,
2. and selecting a tour you are interested in from the dropdown list.

You can access tours anywhere you see them in PVsell which will guide you through the current area of PVsell you are viewing.

Permanent Menus

From your dashboard, as from every page in PVsell you'll also be able to interact with the permanent menus: The Main Menu (the permanent side menu on the left), the Help Menu, and the Account menu (the permanent menus in the top right corner).
