Your libraries in PVsell contain items with different access levels. There are:
- your own personal library items that only you can manage,
- the items that all users in your company can access,
- and pre-built PVsell library items provided by the PVsell tool; you won't have permission to edit or delete these library items, but you can copy them to your items by duplicating.
These icons on the left of the library items list will help you identify which of the bills are PVsell library items, and which of them are Your library items:
In the library of proposals, the items are similarly grouped into drives according to the access rights:
- 'My Drive' is a space to store your own personal Proposals
- 'Company Drive' is a space for proposals that all users in your company can access
- 'PVsell Templates' is a drive where the templates provided by PVsell are stored. You can view and use them with no permission to edit them, but you can copy a Proposal Template (or a Proposal Page) from the 'PVsell Templates' drive to 'My Drive'.
Thus, you can edit any library item if you add it to your library items by copying them to 'My Drive' (for proposals) or duplicating (for all the other library items).

Alternatively, you can load PVsell proposal templates to your customer's proposal and modify them within a project:

By the way, you can make any customer-specific and/or project-specific changes to any other PVsell library item besides proposals. Just load a necessary item to your project and modify it within a project.
