How do I add a bill to my library? – PVsell

There are two ways of adding a bill to your library in PVsell:

from within a project, while entering your project information
from your library of bills itself

You can always save a bill to your library from within a project, and load a bill from your library into a project:

Choose either way of adding a bill:

1. ADD A BILL TO THE LIBRARY FROM WITHIN A PROJECT

1.1. Open your project's "Bill" tab

1.2. Enter information about the customer's bill

Remember to specify whether your bill values include GST or not.

1.3. Click "Save Bill" when you have specified all the necessary bill information

1.4. Enter a Name and Description for the Bill

The "Description" field is not necessary, but it can help you find the desired Bill in your library more easily next time you wish to quickly load it to your project.

E.g.: A bill named as "Flat-Rate Tariff Bill 2" with a description: "Awesome Customer's New Bill".

The "Existing Bill Templates" field shows the bills that you previously created and that are currently in your library. You can click on any bill in this field in order to save the bill you just edited as a previously created one (i.e., add the edited bill to the library instead of the previously created one).

1.5. Click "Save" to save the Bill to your library

2. ADD A BILL DIRECTLY FROM YOUR LIBRARY OF BILLS

2.1. Click on the Libraries icon in the side menu

2.2. Open the "Bills" tab in the Libraries

2.3. Click "+New Bill"

2.4. Enter a Name and Description for the Bill

The "Description" field is not necessary, but specifying this information will help you find the desired Bill in your library more easily and quickly afterwards.
