How can I copy or move a page from one Proposal Template to another?

If you wish to copy or move pages to a PVsell Template, you need to save it to your drive first:

1. Load a desired PVsell template from your Library of Proposals (Templates) to your customer's project,
2. then save your proposal to your Proposal Drive ('My Drive' or 'Company Drive') as a template your can reuse,
3. and then go to Step 1 of this manual.

By the way, you can copy/move a page to any other templates the same way as well.

1. Click on the Libraries icon in the main menu (side menu on the left)

2. Open the 'Proposals' tab

3. Select the Drive where the necessary Proposal Template is stored

Click on the necessary drive in the 'Current Drive' dropdown. The current drive is marked with a tick in the list of drives.

4. Click the Edit icon next to the Proposal you wish to copy or move a page FROM

5. Hover over the page you wish to copy or move to another Proposal Template

6. Click on the rightwards arrow icon

7. Select the Drive where the destination Proposal Template is stored

• 'My Drive' is a space to store your own personal Proposals.
• 'Company Drive' is a space for proposals that all users in your company can access.
• 'PVsell Templates' is a drive where the templates provided by PVsell are stored. You won't have permission to copy/move a page here, but can load templates provided by PVsell from this drive to your customer's project and then modify them there (as mentioned at the very beginning of this manual).

8. Click on the proposal template you wish to copy or move a page TO

9. At the bottom of the window, select 'Copy' or 'Move' (in order to copy or move the selected page respectively)

By default, 'Copy' is selected in the dropdown list.

10. Click 'Confirm'
