You can also use a proposal you are creating for your customer as a basis for future proposals:
2. Open the 'Proposals' tab

3. Click '+New Proposal'

4. Enter a name for your new Proposal Template

At this stage, you can already save the created Proposal Template to your library (by clicking 'Save'), and come back to filling in this proposal later. Or you can move on to the next Step and save the changes in the further steps of creating this Proposal Template.
5. Click 'Continue'

6. Select the Drive you wish to store your new Proposal Template in
- 'My Drive' is a space to store your own personal Proposals.
- 'Company Drive' is a space for proposals that all users in your company can access.
- 'PVsell Templates' is a drive where the templates provided by PVsell are stored. You won't have permission to copy/move a page here, but can load templates provided by PVsell from this drive to your customer's project and then modify them there (as mentioned at the very beginning of this manual).

At this stage, you can also save the current version of the Proposal Template, and:
- either continue editing ('Save and Edit'),
- or return to your library ('Save and Return to Library'), and come back to modifying the Proposal Template anytime later.
You can also just continue creating a Proposal Template ignoring these buttons at the bottom of the page, and save the changes later.

7. Add pages to the Proposal Template
You can add pages to your Proposal Template using the following ways:
8. Edit the pages
Learn more:
Note that you cannot edit a PDF file in the Page Maker. Update the PDF on your PC and upload the latest version to your customer's Proposal or to a Proposal Template.
9. Order the pages
The process of ordering the pages in the "Proposal Templates" pane is the same as described here: How do I re-order the pages in my proposal?
10. Done! Now you have a new Proposal Template.
You can now see this Proposal Template in your library of proposals in PVsell, modify it, and use it as a basis for your proposals.
