You can edit any page in any Proposal Template in 'My Drive'.
If you wish to edit a page from a PVsell Template, you need to copy it from the 'PVsell Templates' drive to 'My Drive' first. (How can I copy or move a page from one Proposal Template to another?)
If you need to edit a page in a template shared with your company, edit a page in that template in 'My Drive', save changes, and share the modified template with your team, though you can just do that directly in 'Company Drive' provided that you have admin rights. (How can I make a proposal template available to my colleagues/company?)
You can visually arrange and stylise individual pages containing formatted text, images, and financial charts generated by PVsell. Editing a page is an easy visually-driven process, so you create beautiful content.
To edit any page in the Proposal Template, use Visual Editor:
2. Open the 'Proposals' tab

3. Select the Drive where the necessary Proposal Template is stored
Click on the necessary drive in the 'Current Drive' dropdown. The current drive is marked with a tick in the list of drives.
Remember you can modify any Proposal Template in 'My Drive' (and in 'Company Drive' provided that you have admin rights) as mentioned at the beginning of this manual.

4. Click the Edit icon next to the Proposal Template you wish to edit a page in

If you wish to keep both versions of the Proposal Template, for example, the current version you have in the library, and the modified version you will have after editing a page in the Template, you can first click the Duplicate icon next to the Proposal Template you wish to edit, and then click the Edit icon to edit a page in one of the duplicates.

5. Hover over the page you wish to edit

6. Click on the edit icon

7. Make adjustments
Make various adjustments to the page in Visual Editor:
- How do I insert an image onto a page?
- How do I insert my text into a page?
- How do I adjust the size of elements on a page?
- How do I position elements on a page?
- How do I delete an element from a page?
Take a closer look at our "Page Maker" section for more information on page editing.
8. Click 'Save and Close'
Or click 'Save and Continue' to perform a progressive update of the saved version, or click 'Close without Saving' to cancel the changes and revert to the most recently saved version.
